  1. All WeekDate products are shipped United States Postal Service® normally within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.

*    We have made every effort to keep our international shipping costs  as low as possible. 

          * At the time of checkout, you may also choose "International Priority Air" for a quicker, more costly, shipping method.

  5.  Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address:

  • If the buyer informs us that he has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we process orders quickly.
  • If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible.  We cannot issue a refund.
  • If the order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (or other unknown reasons), then the buyer may request for a reshipment. The buyer is responsible for the current shipping and handling fees and we will waive the processing fee.
  • If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request to cancel the order. The buyer is responsible for the current shipping/handling fees and the processing fee.
 
Pre-Orders Policy:
  1.  Please note: When you place a pre-order on our website, the money is automatically deducted from your PayPal account or credit card.  So in essence, you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in.
Return Policy:

  1. There are no risks. We are always happy to refund your purchase price (on shipped products only) if you are not happy with your WeekDate. Please return it to:

Upon receipt of your WeekDate, we will refund your purchase price. Sorry, but we cannot
refund shipping and handling expenses.

If returned after 60 days from the purchase date, your refund will be money sent to the purchasing email through PayPal. This is a requirement of PayPal.

  2.  Our refund policy applies only to shipped products.  No returns on digital downloadable  products from WeekDate.
