How it works.
Who wants to write "Yoga Class" or “Weekly Status Meeting” over and over and over?
|
|
"It's actually a simple concept... Why didn't I think of this?" |
|
The beauty of the WeekDate planner is you only write each event once. Even for weekly, monthly, on-the-date, or annual reoccurring events.
The easiest and most practical calendar you'll ever own is a WeekDate.
Tear off the perforated montly tabs at the
end of each week to always find
where you are in the year!
Set Days
Monthly Set Days
are events that repeat on one specific day of the month. For example, paying your bills occurs on the fifteenth of each
month - you would write
“15 - Pay Bills” in this area. Set Days are recorded in the space to the left of the Weeklies area. Simply slip your WeekDate out of the vinyl cover to write these infrequently recorded items.
WeekDate Whatever
Use the backs of pages for WeekDate Whatever! They’re great for jotting directions,
to do lists,
meeting notes,
groceries ... It's just that....Whatever.!
Annuals & Phones
Write your yearly events and occasions (like birthdays and anniversaries) on the Annuals card located inside
the back cover under the
spiral-bound pages. Simply slip it into next year’s WeekDate at the end of the year.
Write your important phone numbers on the Phones card in the inside pocket of your WeekDate. Save it for next year!
Only
Write
It
Once.

"I take out my WeekDate & people
immediately crowd
around like I just started performing magic tricks
like a David Blaine wannabe." |
| More details: |
Monthlies on top.
Monthlies are activites that occur every month on the same day. For example, your book club is the fourth Thursday of every month. |
 |
|
| |
Weeklies on bottom.
Weeklies are events that occur every week such as yoga class that is every Tuesday morning or your Weekly Status Meeting on Wednesday afternoons.
|
 |
|
| |
Specifics in between.
Specifics are everyday things that need to go specifically on a date, such as a doctor's appointment, lunch with a friend, or a business meeting.
These specific pages are color coded so you know where you are in the month at all times. (1st week, 2nd week, etc.)

Life all over.
To control your life, simply look in one column each day to see all your appointments.
But guess what? You only wrote it once!

I don't know about you but my week starts on a Monday. This
makes it easier to write weekend-long plans across two
squares. So please note that the WeekDate calendar
is a Monday through Sunday calendar. It takes
just a little
getting used to and I think that in time you'll agree it's the way to go. |
